Person of Interest: My Latest Favorite TV Series
For those of you who likes crime/action drama, you should try watching “Person of Interest”. Person of Interest stars Jim Caviezel as John Reese and Michael Emerson as Harold Finch. The plot revolves around preventing crimes that are predicted to happen by a machine, created by Michael Emerson. I would say that Person of Interest’s main plot is similar to Minority Report.
So far I’ve watched all the 21 episodes of season 1 and I’ve been addicted to it. The last time I’ve been so addicted like this to US TV series was 1,5 years ago when I watched Dexter for the first time.
I found this series randomly in Wikipedia when I read the synopsis of old movie “Memento”. Then I looked at Jonathan Nolan’s filmography in Wikipedia and found a new TV series created by him in 2011. I know this guy has done awesome jobs with the Dark Knight and Prestige. I love most of his brother’s (Christopher Nolan) works as well. Inception, especially. So, I took a peek on this TV series. Reading the synopsis, I have guessed I would like it. I asked my friend to download it. And when I have started watching it, I simply could not stop. Wew.
This is the first time I fall in love with a TV series on its first season run. I watched Dexter when it has run for four seasons. Monk, for seven seasons. House, for six seasons. How I Met Your Mother, for five seasons. The Mentalist, for two seasons. I don’t know whether I should be grateful because I know this good series early, or cursing because I have to wait for season 2
