Photo Gallery Huh?

Thinking about adding a photo gallery besides the About page. I’ll think up a solution where I can put a gallery of my shots without draining my Webhosting’s bandwidth. Let’s see in 2 or 3 weeks (after I finished all of my second assignments, of course). I’ll start with my cat photos. Then go for some hunting, and put a lot of Melbourne photos in my blog ;)

Well, I do not like short post, so I’ll give unrelated bonus regarding my college life in Aussie.

Algorithms and Analysis

I just survived the most crazy coding day in my life. It started with my laziness to do the 2nd assignment, where I have to implement suffix array (the library has been provided) as well as my extension to detect plagiarism. I spent 7 hours of non-stop coding from 2 AM until 9 AM (because I have to go to class) 2 days before the submission. Then I spent another 14 hours creating report and testing from 1 AM until 3 PM on the day of submission. My bio clock was really ruined. I hope it will be fixed today although there will be Champions League final between Chelsea and Bayern Munich. Let’s see

To be honest I learnt a lesson never to be that lazy ever again. So tiring. Anyway, the positive side is the result turned out to be good. My extension was chosen as eligible for the bonus pool. So yeah, +5 for me

Scripting Language Programming

I’m so in love with Python… I’ll use Python for my thesis, most likely. As for the assignment, it has been finished. I only need to do some testing, probably using unittest.

Software Architecture: Design and Implementation

We are still working hard to finish this assignment. A lot of things need to be done, really. Moreover the addition in the project specification. Hopefully we will pass it with a good score, though.

Security in Computing and IT

No coding in the assignment. So basically I’m just doing research and learn everything. I did learn a lot of new things from this course, though (which I didn’t expect initially).
